Peter Fitton will address the AICS on Service Level Agreements, a topic that should be of interest to anyone concerned with (and I quote) agreements between two or more parties for the provision of services at an agreed level of quantity and quality.
Peter Fitton is a consultant with the Institute of Public Finance (IPF) providing training and consultancy services in financial management, procurement and performance improvement to public bodies throughout the UK and Europe. He is a qualified CPFA accountant and has over 20 years work experience in central government, local government and universities and as a former director of a NHS Trust
